Reporting

We welcome reports of potential security vulnerabilities in Bryght Labs products, including
their firmware, companion software and associated services.
Send reports to security@bryghtlabs.com. If available, include the affected product and
version, a description of the issue and its potential impact, and information needed to
reproduce it. Please avoid sending personal data or other sensitive information.

Handling and coordination

We review reports and address confirmed vulnerabilities in accordance with applicable
legal requirements and product support periods. We may request further information and
contact reporters to coordinate disclosure. We do not commit to specific researcher
response times or routine status updates.
Please report vulnerabilities privately and coordinate publication timing with us to allow
investigation and remediation. Coordination does not delay legally required reporting or
user notifications.

Security information

Where required by applicable law, we publish information about fixed vulnerabilities when
security updates become available, including affected products, impact, severity and
remediation instructions. Publication may be delayed where legally permitted on justified
security grounds.

Research conduct

Avoid service disruption, unauthorized access, and access to or modification of other
people’s data. Stop testing and notify us if sensitive information is encountered. This policy
does not authorize access to third-party systems or customer accounts.
